The household is flexible and peaceful. Although there are currently five tenants, the kitchen is usually quiet, as many residents don’t cook regularly or work different shifts. There is rarely an evening rush, and the kitchen is often empty.
The current tenants are working professionals: three men from the Czech Republic and one from Bulgaria. Everyone is respectful, considerate, and focused on their work. Female tenants are very welcome, and we aim to maintain a comfortable and respectful living environment for everyone.
The top-floor tenant has a private bathroom. The remaining four tenants share one bathroom, with two separate toilet rooms available in the house.
Outside, there is a garden with a sheltered terrace, providing a lovely space to relax. (Smoking permitted outside only)
