This is a bright large double room with desk in my gorgeous 5 bedroomed house in Finchley. The room is my son's who is at uni and comes home in the holidays so it is only available during term time. I am therefore only looking to do SHORT LETS for this room up to 12 weeks max.
This lovely spacious room shares a bathroom with my friendly lodger who is here doing an MA at UCL until June. My bedroom and bathroom are on a different floor. I'm always told my house has a welcoming and warm vibe. I've recently had a new kitchen and it's a relaxed and pleasant space to sit and eat, as is the lounge and dining room.
I'd ideally like a uni based mature or post grad student or an office based worker but definitely not someone working from home or based from here in the daytime. I am servant to an elderly and much adored cat called Millie. We are an all female house and are only comfortable with another female. References are essential.
