We have a 6/7month sublet in Haringey in a creative warehouse with 11 other people!

Different professions including designers, creative directors, office-based work, writers, baristas, graphic design, burlesque/acting.

£655 a month, including bills and a cleaner, toilet and kitchen paper, cleaning supplies.

The space includes an office section, a large kitchen table area as well as sofa and projector!

The room is really big, it includes a bedframe and shelving. I have been using it as split between studio and room, so especially welcome if you are looking for this kind of space split its preset this way ! The room is internal, the house is filled with light but this room does not have an external window.

The vibes are really very chill, wholesome and calm!

The room is available from the 6th of March at the earliest. The deposit is equivalent to the first months rent.
