Just a short stroll away you’ll find the cafés, shops and restaurants on Blackstock Road and Stroud Green Road. Stoke Newington is also nearby. The area is super well connected (Picadilly & Victoria lines and National Rail at FP Station). The building also has a lift.

They’re friendly, easygoing and sociable — the kind of people who enjoy spending time together (chilling in the evenings, cooking together, Friday morning trips to Fink’s Cafe before work), but also have their own separate lives and routines.

No pets.

We’re looking for someone who wants a home rather than just a room -
more “friend in the flat” than stranger vibes.
