We are looking for a friendly, respectful professional to join a 2 bedroom flat in a fantastic location near Clissold Park.
The room is a bright and spacious double bedroom, furnished with a double bed, a desk and storage. There is a large window bringing in plenty of natural light, with views of greenery outside and access to a balcony via the window.
The flat has a cosy living room with comfortable sofas and a dining area with open plan kitchen. There is also a tiled bathroom with a bath and shower which you would have exclusive use of.
We're looking for a considerate, tidy and friendly lodger to join Ami (the existing lodger in the other bedroom in the flat) and respect the shared spaces.
Ami (28) has lived in the flat for over two years now, and was raised in North London. He is a playwright and theatre director, friendly and polite, a graduate of Oxford and NYU. He works from home, but he also travels a lot with work. The vibe of the flat is calm, clean, LGBT+ friendly. He is passionate about theatre, cinema, literature and enjoys being out-and-about with friends (but this is not a 'party house').
The ideal flatmate would be a young professional who wants to make the flat a home. It's spacious enough that flatmates can keep themselves to themselves, though Ami does enjoy a catch-up and is looking forward to making a friend. The flat is not suitable for couples or people who predominantly work from home.
Bills will be split between you and Ami, including a bi-weekly cleaner.
