Hello everyone!
I am SUBLETTING my room from 21st of April to 5th of May.
The room is big with high ceiling, natural light and three windows. I have a few plants so it would be great if you could take care of them please✨
The room is in Unit E2 in Arena Design Centre, a community of warehouses with a communal garden, gym and workshop.
You will be sharing with 17 lovely people, all independent, responsible, respectful and social, so if you feel like you will fit in then send a message with a little bit about yourself!
The house has a massive kitchen with 2 hobs, 4 bathrooms with showers and a big chill area with sofas and big table. We also have a projector area where we watch movies etc. There are many instruments such as guitars, piano and ukulele so musicians are welcome to use them:)
This is not a party house and we respect our privacy but we do socialise having barbecues, dinners and smaller gatherings.
The price for the two weeks is £425 with bills included and there will be a deposit of £100, which will be returned before you depart.
