We’ve just been approved on a EPIC flat 5 mins walk from Manor House station. It’s part of a gorgeous apartment complex that boasts a pool/sauna AND a gym!! The pics look super glossy, but we have big plans to make this into a cosy shared space.
About the room 🛌
Double room with built in closet/ storage and a HUGE ensuite. The room is also furnished with a double bed, set of drawers and bedside table.
About the flat 🏡
Gorgeous open living/kitchen space with floor to ceiling windows and the most insane views of the London skyline + the reservoir. The pics totally look like AI, but promise it’s real!
Transport 🚉
5 min walk from Manor House Station (Piccadilly line), which is aprox 5 mins to connect up to Finsbury park to access the Victoria line and the Thameslink.
The area 🌳🛶
2 min walk to the Woodberry wetlands, perfect if you like to escape the big city for a few minutes, 5 min walk to Finsbury park and 10 min walk to clissold park!
We have a sainos local at the bottom of the building and it’s a 15 min walk (or 5 min cycle) to big Aldi/Sainos!
Lastly it’s a 5 min walk along the wetlands to the areas crown jewel - the castle climbing centre!
The flatmates 👫🧍♀️
We are 1x couple (1 kiwi girl, 1x Aussie guy) and 1x kiwi girl (aged 28-29) who have been in London for 3+ years. We are a social bunch who love to hang out whether that be sharing a meal, having a pint, climbing/running, cards and attending gigs together but are also respectful of each others space!
