A large, bright double room available from 9 November 2026 in our friendly 3-bedroom ground-floor flat with a private garden, just a short walk from Manor House, Green Lanes and Finsbury Park. We're flexible on the move-in date, though, so moving in any time up to 5 December would also be possible.

The room is a generous size (around 17 sqm), giving you plenty of flexibility to make it your own. Alongside the bed, there's room to create a dedicated workspace or even a little sitting area of your own, depending on how you'd like to arrange it. It comes furnished, gets lovely afternoon sun and faces a very quiet street.

The flat has a relaxed, easy-going atmosphere and the garden is great for BBQs, plants or just chilling outside when the weather allows. There's also a compact shared living room with a sofa bed and desk. I work there 2-3 days a week, but it's a shared space where everyone can relax, have a meal or occasionally have a guest stay overnight.

A bit about us:

You'll be sharing with me, an Italian professional in my 40s, and another friendly housemate from South Africa, in his 30s. We're into music, cooking and travelling. We sometimes hang out together, but we're equally happy doing our own thing and respect each other's space and privacy. We're an LGBT+ friendly household and want everyone to feel comfortable being themselves.

We're looking for someone friendly, considerate and reasonably tidy who'd enjoy a chilled, sociable home.

Smoking is fine in our private garden, but not inside the house.
