three words to describe me - fem - alternative - mature. .
Im non binary queer cis male and Im looking for a single person to share my flat in Finsbury Park.

I am easy going open and honest I appreciate these qualities cos they build trust so we all know where we stand.

I like wildlife in my garden -.cycling around London town.- World Cinema and theatre Arts and multi culture London is my thing.

I am mostly tidy and do like a cool atmosphere in the house. If you are looking for a superheated house with windows shut this is not for you. I
t’s not a modern flat it’s a comfy lived in Victorian terrace and I been here more than 30 years. (OMG!)
Mostly in bed by 10pm Im pretty quiet but sometimes go wild into night clubbing. I don’t drink or smoke I volunteer in the community garden and love trees and mice.- so a bit of a child of the universe!

Experience of lodgers for me has been positive. We respect and support each other and we respect the household.
There is no huge wall to wall TV here - I have a hifi for CDs and DVD player for viewing films in the lounge

You must be in professional work or if a student have proof of income and not working from home. .
No late night Shift work.
The rooms are a fair size but the flat is compact so we will meet to say hello how are you as we pass by. I like funny people

You must have recent references for housing and proof of current income. I expect you to keep your room the kitchen and bathroom clean tidy and fresh and do a fair share of the housework. No cleaner here just the broom!.
I prefer a vegetarian diet in the kitchen but Im flexible. on that.


The living area is upstairs and the bedroom is downstairs east facing. It looks onto the garden It’s quiet other than a few rumbling trains at night. The room is bright in the morning and darker in the afternoon
You have a personal bathroom with shower over bath
The shared toilet is upstairs where I have my personal shower.
( I may sometimes take a bath but its yours most of the time)

No room here for items of furniture or storage.
There is a chest drawers and wardrobe

Monthly rent is £950 pcm. including bills

Open to students 25 plus. and working professionals.
Not suitable if you work full time from home.

LGBTQ+ community are lovely and very welcome. to live here.

FINSBURY PARK KULTURE

Finsbury Park is vibrant busy area full of international culture and great food.
It’s busy YES and a bit scruffy round the edges (OMG) so don’t expect CROUCH END (nice too and just over the hill)
The Park is close by for crazy joggers and with great views south to the city.. It has tennis courts. Cafes Boating pond Circus Rock n Roll and a running track.
Parkland walk a disused rail track goes all the way to Highgate and on to Hampstead Heath.
We have the cool PARK THEATRE - ROWANS BOWLING ALLEY-
STOKE NEWINGTON PARK and famous indoor Climbing centre and water sports reservoir is JUST ROUND THE CORNER.
AND.....LIDL !

Transport hub only 3 mins WALK away.
20 mins on tube train VICTORIA AND PICADILLY to West End.
Buses everywhere. Islington ANGEL and Camden Town.
Alexandra Palace and Park Theatre Stoke Newington and Camden Town all close by
British Rail trains forweekends away in Brighton and Cambridge.
