Lovely double room available in friendly house share in Green Lanes Harringay.

The room is on the upstairs floor with a garden view and plenty of light. There is plenty of storage with a built-in wardrobe. The room comes furnished with a double bed. You are also able to bring your own furniture.

The house has 2 bathrooms upstairs, one with a shower, the other with a bath. So no queues for the bathroom :) There is a large back garden, perfect for the summer, BBQs and catching up with friends.

About us: We're a mixed bag of nationalities, all working professionals across different sectors. We're sociable, laid back and are looking for someone with the same attitude. We enjoy chatting in the kitchen, drinks, occasional movie nights and BBQ's in the garden when the weather is nice. Though we also have our own lives and respect each other's space.

The rent is £680 per month excluding bills.

As a replacement tenant, you will need to pay a deposit of £575 upfront.

Area and Transport: We are very close to Green Lanes which has amazing Turkish restaurants! Located in zone 2/3 with excellent transport links: Harringay Green Lanes Overground is a few hundred metres away, Manor House Tube station (Piccadilly Line) is about 8 mins walk, Finsbury Park station (Thameslink, Victoria and Piccadilly lines) 20 mins. 24-hour buses 341, 141 and 29 go to Waterloo, London Bridge and Trafalgar Square (via Camden).
There are lots of green spaces and parks in the area such as Finsbury and Clissold Park. The reservoir and Castle Climbing Centre is also down the road.

The room will be available from the end of July, but could be a little earlier. Rent is due on the 1st of every month.
