I’m looking for someone to take over my lovely bedroom in our two bed/1 bath flat in the heart of Finsbury Park.

The room:
This room is spacious, easily fitting a king sized bed and two bedside tables. It features a built in and spacious wardrobe, plus a chest of drawers. The room is offered unfurnished.

The location:
Our place is only a short ~10 minute walk to Finsbury Park station which is incredibly well connected (tube, national rail, bus etc.). Finsbury has some amazing wine bars, cafes, pubs and parks & you’re only minutes away from Highbury & Islington too. Finsbury Park station has all the grocery stores you need but are also 2 mins from a Tesco express which is super convenient.

You’ll be living with:
Jess (28) from Australia. She’s a young professional, very relaxed and the easiest housemate to live with. She’s social in her own right but would also be down for a catch up, walk or wine with her future housemate.

Who you are:
Looking for another young professional gal, ideally 26-30. You’ll need to go on the lease for this property so would require you to be currently employed to pass reference checks.
