Two rooms available for five weeks over the summer from the 18th July. All bills are included in the price.

This is our family home: we are travelling for the summer and are happy to share the space with you. It is particularly suitable for families with children.

You get the best of both worlds: the house is very quiet for a relaxing stay (enjoy the birdsong in the back garden!), but is just moments away from lively Harringay Green Lanes for shops and restaurants.

It is a lovely period home with high ceilings and good-sized rooms. As mentioned below, you will have access to all but one of the rooms in the house, so your living area will be over 100 sq m/ 1200 sq ft.

You will be sharing the property with our Ukrainian house guest, but if she is away then you will have the whole house to yourselves, apart from her bedroom, which will not be accessible.

Rooms are as follows:

Master bedroom: large dougle room with king sized bed with Emma mattress (voted best brand on Which). Shutters AND blackout curtains for an excellent night's sleep. Sofa to enjoy the view of the canal and catch the evening sun.

Bedroom 2: children's bedroom with one adult sized single cabin bed and one triple sleeper bunk bed (full sized single on top; small double below. Shutters AND blackout curtians, meaning your kids will not be woken up at dawn (which comes at 5am in London in summer!).

Bathroom: Rain shower + 2nd outlet, bath, sink, Turkish bidet toilet

Downstairs loo: Japanese bidet toilet

Sitting room: Large room with TV, toys and board games

Sitting room 2/ bedroom 3: sofa bed available upon request

Kitchen: fan oven, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave

Garden: south facing, lovely flowers, barbeque, table and chairs
