Hi, I have one ensuite room and a double room left to let in a freshly converted warehouse apartment in the Arena Design Center, really near Manor House.

The room is offered with essential furniture and features a very small balcony you can stand up in. The en suite bathroom of the room is shared, so you have direct access to it from your room while the other house mates can access the toilet from another door. You have exclusive use of the bathroom while you need it but you're requested to leave it available to the others when you are not using it, this way enjoying the advantage of the en suite without being charged for it. There's another communal bathroom in the house. Having lived here I can tell that this arrangement must be seen to fully understand how good it is.

The second room is a beautiful double, very bright as well

The house features massive kitchen, patio and gym. There are three other rooms in the house, all occupied by nice and easygoing persons, who are up for a hang out, but also respectful of everyone's personal space.

I'm happy to offer short-term or mid-term deals starting from the beginning of June. I'd love to keep long-term everyone who fits well the house vibe so when time comes we'll look again into the deals depending on the compatibility we've experienced within the household, but anyway aiming to extend long-term for every good fit.
