looking for a new flatmate to take over my room in 2-bedroom flat, shared with my current flatmate Emma (24), who works in hospitality and modelling.

As it’s just the two of us, we’re hoping to find someone friendly, considerate, and clean who would be a good fit with Emma and enjoy a relaxed, respectful home.

The room is a bright double with wooden floors and direct access to a private terrace. It comes unfurnished, while the rest of the flat is fully furnished.

The flat was deep-cleaned and freshly painted when we moved in a year ago. The kitchen and bathroom are modern, and there’s a washing machine.

Location-wise, it’s less than a 5-minute walk to Manor House station and Finsbury Park, with shops nearby.

We’re ideally looking for someone to move in around 1st April.

Rent: £850 per month (excluding bills)
Bills: approx. £200 per month
You’ll need to be able to provide proof of income for the landlord.
