Subletting my beautiful double room with ensuite bathroom and separate office room (alternatively can be used as space) from mid June to mid August this summer!

There is a spacious shared kitchen/living room and patio/back yard with table and chairs. The house is newly renovated and in beautiful condition. We keep it clean and tidy and cleaners do a deep clean once a month.

We are 15 mins walk from:
Manor House tube (Piccadilly line)
Seven Sisters (Victoria line and overground)
Harringay Green lanes (overground)
Stamford Hill (overground)

About a 10 min walk from Finsbury Park in the heart of Harringay warehouse district (an arty area).

You’d be living with three lovely gals (all women household) who are all in creative professions. There is potential to get a permanent contract after subletting as I am considering leaving London in autumn.
