Hello everyone,
We have this really nice bedroom in a houseshare in Manor House aka Haringey Green Lanes.
As with the rest of the house the room is double glazed and neutrally furnished with quality bed, chests of drawers, and large wardrobe.
In the house you have a big open plan kitchen and dining room leading into a washroom/bike storage room and through to the large garden. There are 2.5 bathrooms- a shower room with toilet downstairs, and a bathroom with bath and shower, and a separate toilet room upstairs. The garden is well kitted out with tables and great seating.

Rent and all utilities is £766 per month, which includes a cleaner for the communal areas, superfast WiFi, council tax, water, electric and gas..

In the current household you have 4 professional males from England Hungary and South Africa. They have been here 1-5 years, and it's a very relaxed and easy environment. Applicants will need to have a job or student loan/grant, or if not show statements proving relative savings. I'm very open to a range of jobs including work at home etc but if we use the term professional, it should simply mean adults who do their washing up and chores on autopilot and not annoying the other housemates.
Lastly the area is a real winner, with 3 separate train stations (Manor House, Haringey Green Lanes and Haringey), several buses and an easy walk to Finsbury Park. We have great restaurants, mostly Turkish, and some really nice pubs. We're actually on the side of the road known as the gardens, whereas the other side is the better known 'ladder'..
