Looking to rent out my spare room in a newly refurbished flat in Harringay. I split my work time between home and the office but I’m otherwise out a lot enjoying London life. I work for TfL, so the room comes with a free zone 1-6 Oyster card at the moment (non-contractual)! The rest of the time you can find me at music things, the pub or the gym.

The room has double bed with high ceilings and large window. It’s in spacious flat with a kitchen/living room shared space and access to a sunny south facing private garden. The bathroom has both a bath and shower 🤷‍♂️ and there is also a separate toilet, not photographed.

Transport:
Harringay (Great Northern) - 8 mins
Harringay Green Lanes (Overground) — 5 mins
Manor House (Piccadilly Line) - 10 mins
Buses - 29, 141 and 341 from across the road

Green lanes is a literal a 5 second walk and has all the amenities you could ever want — with the big sainbos and Aldi five minutes away. Great restaurants and pubs close by.
