The place works nicely as we all get on well and enjoy occasional nice dinners together, and outings/outside events and share evenings of card games, chess, yet have ample separate private rooms to have time to ourselves in our own spaces for our work or chill time.
It’s a comfortable home and not a party house.

There is also a big open plan communal lounge, with lots of plants and loads of daylight along with a dining/kitchen area of approximately 70 sqm.

Along with a potential vegetable patch where we’ve have in the past grown a variety of veg.

The complex has it’s own private parking and is lit, with electronic entrance gate for vehicles and pedestrians and very secure.

This warehouse was the first residential conversion here but the complex is now home to about 250 creatives, and feels like a little oasis.
We're additionally connected to other warehouse complexes across the area for interactive activities, yoga, life drawing, parties etc, so are part of a 700-800 strong "scene".
We have also started to have community based mini festivals and arts events etc.
It really is a great place to live.

Local Facilities.

Shopping complex with Sainsburys, Argos, Superdrug, TK Maxx, A Gym etc etc. 8 min walk away, a late opening off-license/grocers, pizza joint 3 min away etc.

Buses from the shops run to Stoke Newington, Camden, Islington, Old Street, Liverpool Street, there’s actually very good transport to everywhere.

12 min walk Manor House tube – Piccadilly line (kings Cross 15min).

12 min walk Seven Sisters tube – Victoria line (Victoria 20mins).

9 min walk Stamford Hill and Green Lanes over-ground (Liverpool St 20 Mins).

*24hr Buses - Camden 15min, Angel 15min, Old Street 20min, Stoke Newington 5min, Finsbury Park 6 min.

The late night walk back here is safe as the surrounding residential streets are cordoned off and are mainly family homes.

There are a number of great local music venues eg. "The Finsbury" in Manor House and the “Jam in a Jar” in Green lanes, plus others.
Also Great local restaurants, Turkish, Thai, Chinese, Italian, Ethiopian, Eritrean, Sushi and many others.

Other.
Great swimming pool / gym by Clissold Park, and great walks/runs in the area with Woodberry Wetlands nature reserve with East and West reservoirs - providing sailing and water sports, Finsbury Park and Parkland Walk nature reserve - the old railway line up to Highgate.
The extensive Lea river walks with endless walks in fields and woods.
