Double room in bright flat available off Clissold Park shared with one other (me). Available mid November.
Looking for someone 30+ to move in mid Novemeber until February with option to renew the lease from then.
It's a really great flat, first floor of a Victorian terrace, a stone's throw from Clissold Park and less than 10mins walk to Finsbury Park station. On a quiet road, no traffic noise.
It's super bright with a beautiful south facing living room with a separate kitchen/dining at a lower split level. Kitchen is a bit pokey but it works well. I've lived here for nearly 3 years and it's been the best flat I've had in London by a longshot. Shared bathroom was renovated 2 years ago.
Undergoing a few other comfort upgrades at the moment, have just had new double glazed windows in and getting new carpets and a lick of paint.
The room available has a double bed & wardrobe, a bit tight to squeeze in a desk unless you get creative, but wfh options on the dining table.
Living with me: 34 y/o architect from Ireland. Into music & outdoor adventures, very low key. My party days are behind me so looking for someone chill of a similar age & demeanour to share a quiet home with.
If this sounds like a bit of you please message with a bit about yourself, what your interests are etc. Looking to arrange some viewings from next week
