I am often travelling and have a spare bedroom (with double bed and office space) to sublet at a great 2 bedrooms and living room flat with a great view over the London skyline and an estuary/natural reserve. There are 2 bathrooms in the property so you get your own.
Lovely if you like doing sports as there is a gym and spa/swimming pool included in the price. The flat has everything you need (washing machine etc). Internet is included in the price, as well as water. To pay is heating and electricity.
The tenant should be easy to communicate and respectful, sociable/friendly, pay rent and bills in time and keep the property clean and tidy. No couples. A single occupant for the room.
Before acceptance we need to get the landlord's approval of the specific tenant. I would prefer a young professional, postdoc, PhD student.
I believe that the price is a bargain for the quality of the property.
