Hey! I’m looking for a lodger for the en-suite double room in my 2-bed flat. I’m open to short and longer term stays.

The flat is on a quiet residential road and is a 10 minute walk from Finsbury Park tube station, which has great transport links into the city (eg 14 mins by train to Moorgate).

The room is on its own floor with a double bed, bedside table, desk, chair, wardrobe, and chest of drawers.

There is an ensuite for your exclusive use with a shower, as well as a shared living room and kitchen.

All bills are included, subject to a fair usage policy.

I’m ideally looking for someone who wants a quiet, relaxing environment to live in, especially during the week. I also value living in a clean and tidy space so am looking for someone who wants the same.
