Imminently available in whimsical Arena ✨ 3 weeks-ish short sublet (June 12 - July 7) in a creative, responsible, cozy and welcoming warehouse in Manor House. The community here is a mix of young and old, professionals, creatives and in-between era, as well as two cats. We're 19 people in total, but the house never feels crowded, and there is space for being both social and secluded.

The room is a large double with a double bed, a small leather sofa, a big desk and chair, and a bunch of shelves and a set of drawers. Everything will be more or less cleared and made available for your stuff.

The house itself has a large kitchen, which is never crowded, a huge common room with plants and lights, and a workout area + home cinema. There are four bathrooms with toilets, washing machine and driers on sight. We also have a small front garden, which currently houses a pool, in case you like winter bathing!

The area is filled with cute, independent cafes, including New River Studios that has open clay sessions every Monday. Sainsbury's, Aldi, gym, Superdrug and the bustling Green Lanes are all within a 10-minute walk, and the same goes for Finsbury Park. Manor House St, Seven Sisters At and Harring Green Lanes overground are all 15-20 minutes walk away.

Prize is for three weeks, but happy to negotiate.
