I’m leaving the UK and therefore registering interest for my room in K3.

Everyone in the house is either vegetarian/pescatarian. One of the long term residents is 15yo and we recently got a cat so you need to be okay living with teens and pets 👩‍🌾🐈‍⬛

The room comes fully furnished and semi-empty (plenty of space to store your clothes), with a mezzanine queen sized bed (comfy mattress!) 🖤
It’s windowless but has built in ventilation system and plenty of warm light appliances and very cosy, I was told it’s well insulated when the temperature rises.

The communal space is bright and comfortable, you will want to spend all your time in it. We have a hammock and a small studio up in the mezzanine.

Unit K has a cute shared balcony with the best view over sunsets 🌅

15 minutes walk from Manor House, 10 minutes to the bus stops and 17 minutes from Stamford Hill overground
