Room is a bit unusual though cosy, temperate has decent light though is not super bright, has 1 opening window and mezzanine/platform bed and mattress. No other furniture.

The warehouse has a big open-plan living room, fully equipped kitchen, central heating, and 3 bathrooms.
You’ll be sharing the warehouse with 11 others of various genders, ethnicities, nationalities, sexualities and musical persuasions...and 1 cat.
We get on well and hang out together at home and outside the house, but also do our own things. We use the communal space for creative endeavours, planned events, spontaneous fun, as well as quiet hang outs. The house can be both lively and quiet but probably not for someone looking for a fortress of solitude,
We're looking for someone to move in to make the place their home so ideally you'd be looking to stay for at least 12 months.
Sorry, No couples/room shares, more pets or someone who's looking for a space to play with their band.
Well connected bus stops, Piccadilly Line and Victoria Line tubes and overground are a short walk as is a big 24 hour Sainsburys and lots of smaller independent grocery stores. It's also a short walk to Finsbury Park and Green Lanes.

Weekly cleaner of communal spaces
Electric and Gas bills are approx £60pcm but do fluctuate (electric prices coming down again now)
