Additionally the Halls of residence also has a further five bedroomed furnished flat on a lower level with its own separate kitchen, communal area and bathroom.

The Jolly Sailor Halls of Residence contains a laundry room with two washers and two dryers. These machines are coin operated any students found tampering with this system with receive an eviction notice. Each hour long service costs £2.

The Jolly Sailor Halls is located in a prime location in the heart of Fleetwood with a vast amount of facilities within walking distance (including the college). There is a tram stop outside of the front of the building and with a stop outside of the Fleetwood Nautical College the journey is quick and easy.

Bedrooms

With two floors available for students the building can spaciously house 16 students in total. Each standard bedroom has a single bed, wardrobe, desk and chest of drawers and TV. Bedding is also provided.

Messdeck/Common Room
Heating, hot water and electricity are included in your rental charge; but please consider the environment and try and minimise use. As well as keeping the carbon footprint low it helps the accommodation fuel bills down, which keeps rents low. Heating runs continuously throughout the winter season for your comfort.

A cleaner also comes to the property twice a week to clean the communal areas.
