Gorgeous old fireplace (not working) huge mirror and a lovely en suite with a huge monsoon shower. The cottage is owned by an artist so it has great art and bespoke touches. You can use the kitchen with a Fridge, washing machine, cooker and the essential coffee machine.

The cottage is round the back of the main rd in high street, 3 mins to the beach making it perfect for popping to the village shop, pubs, restaurants, coffee shops etc. Bus stop right nearby.

My house is a sanctuary to me in the evening i like quiet downtime. I am looking for someone tidy. I am a friendly chatty person but someone who likes their own space at home and peace and quiet. I am LGBTQ friendly and open to all nationalities too. This a safe and friendly space for a home for the right person.

This ad is for the room, shared outside patio space and kitchen and does not include any other living areas. There is parking available but it will be for an additional cost to be negotiated with the owner of the carpark opposite or you can get a parking permit to park locally for about £40
