Looking for a new housemate to rent a lovely, bright double bedroom in a 2-bed, 2nd floor flat in the centre of Folkestone.
The double bedroom has a built-in wardrobe/storage space. The flat has a large open plan living room/kitchen area and a bathroom with walk-in shower. The room is unfurnished (except the blinds) but it has a washing machine and I might leave my fridge there.
10 min walk to Folkestone central train station. 5 min walk to the Leas. 10 min walk to Mermaid beach. Located centrally with lots of shops and supermarkets 2 mins walk away.
Shared with one other housemate - A friendly and respectful 29 year old professional.
