Our shared house has access to Living/Dinning Room and kitchen with all modern conveniences including underfloor heating, Wifi, dishwasher, washer dryer, double oven/grill, microwave, We have a large shared garden with seating and Egg shaped BBQ/Oven/Pizza Oven, Amazon prime, Freeview, Now TV, Netflix, Parking.

We live in stunning, rural open forest and have amazing walks on our doorstep, where you will encounter horses, cows, sheep, pigs, donkeys roaming wild. We have 30+ deer and families of badgers visit our garden every day and night.

Although a rural, quiet location we are within 2-30mins drive of Redlynch, Downton, Fordingbridge, Fawley, Lyndhurst, Lymington, Ringwood, Salisbury, Southampton, Romsey, Bournemouth and Portsmouth.

We are also situated within 25 mins of Southampton Airport Parkway which has a fast, (approx 1 hour train) to London Waterloo and National/International Airport.

Rent is £750 for single occupation of the double room adjacent to bathroom We are so sorry, we cannot accommodate couples or any pets.
