It's in a fairly newly developed flat (only 7 years old) right next to the lovely West Ham Park - a huge, Victorian park with tennis courts, football pitches, flower garden and loads of room for running. It's only a 7 min bus journey (20 min walk) to Stratford International station and a 35 min bus to Shoreditch. Plus, Forest Gate is a 10 min walk away and has some lovely pubs (The Forest Tavern & The Wanstead Tap) and places to eat (Corner Kitchen & Fred’s).

The current bunch are a very friendly group of young professionals so ultimately I want someone who'll be clean, tidy and reliable as a tenant whilst being a friendly presence in the flat.

The rent doesn't include bills p/mth but there'll be £21 council tax, £7.50 water and £3 TV license, £25 p/mth gas and elec + £18 for the full sky HD TV and movies package, Internet and line rental plus £21 for a cleaner every 2 weeks. The flat's furnished, including wall mounted flat screen TV in the lounge, leather sofas, cooking apparatus and the obligatory dog shaped novelty biscuit jar.....of course. The bed even has a memory foam matress for good measure.
