Hello!

It is a two double bedroom Victorian terrace house with two reception rooms, kitchen, wc and a garden. It is 15 min by bicycle to Victoria park/ Hackney Wick. Stratford is just round the corner. Available for rent as my flatmate moving out soon.

I have a cat who is the most sociable cat you will ever meet. He goes outside, and the house doesn’t smell of the beast. In return for feeding him, he is simply amazing.

I am looking for someone friendly and easy-going, as it is only a two-person house share, and who is good with my pet. I am not a live-in landlord, so there is no house hierarchy.
