​Looking for a clean, easygoing lodger to share my ground-floor garden flat in Forest Hill from 7th November.

The flat has a private garden and just one flat upstairs with own front door. 2 double bedrooms, kitchen, living/dining space, bathroom with bath. The photos don't do it justice - haven't officially moved in and redecorated - all will be done in October.

​About the Setup & Finn
​I'm looking for someone who is around for most of the day Mon to Fri (either works from home at least 4 days a week, or works evenings) and is happy to keep my dog, Finn, company.

​Finn is about 10 years old and literally sleeps all day, but he just loves having a human around while I’m out. He’s super quiet, extremely calm, and basically the ideal WFH colleague. He can be left for short periods.

​The Rent: The rent is low at £625/month (all bills included) specifically on the basis that you’re around most days to keep Finn company. No walking etc required, just company.

I’m a teacher, so I’m out early and away all day during the week. In my free time, I'm into cooking, music, gym, festivals, walks, and travel. Originally from the UK, grew up in Ireland, and I've been in London for 3 years.

​I’m really into interiors and making a home feel lovely to be in. The whole flat, including your double room, kitchen, and living area, will be fully redecorated, furnished and equipped with everything needed by the time you move in (recently purchased).

There isn't room for extra furniture, kitchenware, or large items. It’s ideal for someone with mainly just their clothes and personal bits.

​5 to 10-minute walk to Forest Hill station.
​Free street parking right outside.

​Deposit is £720. Initial 6-month agreement, with option to extend depending on how it goes.
