A lovely double room in Forest Hill with a built-in wardrobe. Our lovely housemate James is leaving after 5 long years (!!!) here so we are on the hunt for a new housemate. The room is excellent value for the area (£774 inclusive of bills) and we're hoping to find the right person to make it their home.

The room includes:
• Double bed and mattress (James is happy to remove these if you would prefer to bring your own)
• Built-in wardrobe
• Bright, spacious room with plenty of storage

The flat has a cosy shared living room with a Juliet balcony, a well-equipped kitchen, and a bathroom with both a bath and shower, plus a beautiful vanity sink.

You would be joining two wonderful housemates who love to cook, chat, and share the occasional meal, while also appreciating everyone's need for their own space.

Accessibility:
The flat is on the third floor, and there is a lift in the building. However, the building itself is on a fairly steep hill, so this is worth bearing in mind if mobility or step-free access is important to you.

About you:
We're looking for someone who is clean, considerate, and respectful of shared spaces. We are a queer, left-wing household looking for someone whose values broadly align with ours. We care about anti-racism & anti-fascism and are firmly in solidarity with Palestine. We especially welcome messages from QTIPOC folks but happy to hear from anyone who feels they would be a good fit for the household :)

We are friendly and sociable without being full-on. Ideally, you would be up for the occasional shared flat meal and helping create a warm, welcoming home, while also respecting each other's privacy and independence. The landlord/letting agency requires standard referencing for all tenants - this is done through Goodlord. If you are unable to meet the referencing requirements (proof of ID and income etc) you will need to be able to provide a suitable guarantor.
