THE ROOM:

Very large loft bedroom with ensuite and juliette balcony, available to sublet from 5th June to 5th July only.

The room comes with double bed with very comfy simba-pro mattress, large desk, ceiling-fan to stay cool, electric heater if you get cold, black-out curtains, very large mirror, yoga mat, pole, sewing machine, record player and TV which can be used.
The room has lots of light and very decent sound privacy, as it's on the top floor away from the other housemates.

Ensuite is just for your use. It has shower, toilet, sink and vanity mirror with built in light.

Wardrobe space can be made, and I can provide you clean bedsheets, duvet and towels.

THE HOUSE:

Location is Forest Hill, SE23. Nearest stations are Forest Hill or Sydenham, both approx 15 mins walk.

4 bedroom mid-terrace house with high ceilings & lots of natural light.

Fully furnished. We've got a dyson vacuum, a big tv with Netflix, workout station and equipment. Theres also a space to work remote with a second screen and sit/stand desk in the lounge. The kitchen is very well stocked with all the equipment you'll need to cook & bake.

Kitchen cupboard and fridge space will be made for you.

Besides that, we've got a SAUNA in the back-garden :)

There's free parking for cars on the street and a secure bike shed on our front drive.

WHO YOU WILL BE SHARING WITH:

You’ll be taking my room whilst I'm away, and sharing with 3 women between ages of 26-35 who all get on very well:

YOLA (she/her) - ex pro-dancer who works in ballet industry doing production coordination. Into running, being healthy, and trips to the theatre/events.

ANA (she/her) - Ana did a phd in anthropology, and enjoys history, art, museums and cooking.

NATALIA (she/her) - Yoga teacher, actor, dancer, singer, violin teacher AND plays violin in a punk band -phew! Vegan.

COSTS:

£900 per month.
Includes: Rent, council tax, and bills - water, gas, electric, broadband.

You are also welcome to help yourself to communal items during this time (toilet paper, hand soap, dishwasher tabs, water filter, bin bags, laundry powder and cleaning product, spices, teas and use the sauna).

Deposit - £500.

THE BORING STUFF:
- Deposit is required to secure the room upfront. Rent is required prior to moving in.
- Being clean and tidy is an absolute must. We don't have a rota in the house. Instead we are all proactive and do our bit without needing to be asked. We keep communal areas are kept clutter-free. Housemates are expected to clean up after themselves directly in kitchen.
- This is an inclusive and progressive household :) Trans and LGBT+ friendly.
- Currently a pet free house. We have had dogs previously. Pets may be considered.
- Couples may be considered
- I'd like to meet anyone prior to them moving in to ensure they are a good fit for the other housemates.
