Looking for a clean, tidy and quiet flatmate for the second bedroom in my flat.

The flat is right by the lovely Horniman Gardens and has beautiful views out to Kent. I make it to Forest Hill station in 7 mins, and with the overground and trains into london bridge and victoria the connections are good.

The room is cosy, but has a small double bed and a built-in closet and is comfortable for someone who is coming to London during the week.

I am a musician who practices (violin) at home sometimes during the week, so this is not suitable for someone who needs to work from home regularly. If this is needed occasionally it wouldn't be a problem however.

I'm interested in music, cinema, reading and cooking, and would love to live with someone interesting and who will help keep the place clean and tidy.
