I am sadly moving out of our lovely flat in Forest Hill at the end of June (flexibility on dates) unexpectedly and looking for someone to take over on the two year lease, even though we've only been here 6 months.

Housemates are Sian and Claudia and I've loved living with them both for the past two years. Sian is an actor from the midlands and Claude is Scottish and works in marketing. Would be great to find another fun Queer girly to take my place in the house when I leave.

Generally a busy household, so not loads of hanging out but lots of lovely chats in the kitchen. The living room isn't set up properly but having previously lived in a furnished flat with both of them, watching telly together in the evenings and having some giggles is a good time! I'm sure it'll get sorted in the next few months, and always good to have some input in to common areas.

The room is unfurnished, but happy to discuss selling some of my furniture to the right person.
