Hello! We have a spacious, light-filled room available in a genuinely lovely neighbourhood, full of greenery and character.

We’re just a 5-minute walk from Forest Hill Station, with great transport links, particularly the Windrush line. There’s a big Sainsbury’s nearby, as well as beautiful walks and plenty of local charm. It’s a lovely area to live in, with a great mix of green space and convenient amenities.

The house has a good-sized kitchen that gets plenty of sunlight, a cosy living room and a garden with a shed. There’s one large bathroom, plus a separate toilet.

The room is mostly unfurnished, but comes with a double bed base and a large cupboard. It gets plenty of natural light, and there’s strong Wi-Fi throughout the house.

Rent: £812.50 per month, plus bills
Bills: Approximately £100–£120 per month, depending on the season. This covers all bills, council tax and Wi-Fi.

Move-in date: 22 October, but we can be flexible for the right person.

You’ll be living with three lovely, creative housemates who work across theatre, teaching and retail. We enjoy spending time together, and the house has a genuinely homely, welcoming atmosphere. We communicate openly and directly while respecting each other’s space. It’s a balance that works really well and makes the house feel like a home rather than just somewhere to live!

We’d love to find someone of a similar age who’s sociable, clean, tidy and respectful, and who’s up for getting to know everyone and contributing to a fun, welcoming home. We enjoy a chat and spending time together, but equally understand that everyone needs their own space sometimes.

We’re an LGBTQ+ friendly household, and LGBTQ+ people and people of colour are particularly welcome. Ultimately, we’d love to find someone who shares our values and wants to be part of a friendly, considerate household.
