Off road parking for 2 additional cars if carefully planned.

I would consider professional lodger or postgraduate student/ mature student.
I would consider a dog or a cat, but this is perhaps not ideal: especially due to the pond if a dog has a high drive for chasing things 🐟.

Smokers not preferred, but smoking in the garden is possible.

I am not 100% sure of renting an extra room but would consider it if someone is compatible.
