We’re looking for a new housemate to join our little house in Fulham, with a double room available from 9th December (move-in date somewhat flexible around this!).

We’re a friendly, social house of girls who genuinely enjoy spending time together. We love a night on the couch, a wine, and little kitchen catch-ups! We’re all good friends rather than just housemates, but equally have our own lives and do our own thing too. We’re ideally looking for someone in their late twenties to early thirties who’s clean, considerate and keen to help keep the house feeling like home 🫶🏼

🏡 The house: A lovely 5-bedroom terrace house with a large terrace and garage. The fifth bedroom doubles as our spare room, office or laundry-drying room depending on the day 😂

📍 Location: Fulham, SW6, roughly a 7-minute walk to Fulham Broadway station.

🗓️ Move-in: 9th December (somewhat flexible around this date).

🛏️ The room: A double bedroom with built-in wardrobes, currently furnished as pictured. Our current housemate is moving back to Australia and is happy to sell her furniture if you’d like it!

💷 Rent: £1,103.70 per month, excluding bills. Deposit: £1592.30
