The building has great social areas, with a cinema room and pool table.
1-minute walk from Tesco, 2-minute walk from Imperial Wharf station and Chelsea Harbor and 15 minute walk from Fulham Broadway and all its amenities.
Particularly close to Imperial College and BIMM and most of the residents in the building attend those universities. The manager is very attentive and friendly. This property is for students only.
The contract ends on September 19th 2021 and I am looking for someone to take over my contract until then. I you wish to move out earlier, it will be your own responsibility to find someone to replace you on the contract.
