Bills are included in the rent price including a cleaner who comes roughly every week to clean the communal areas.

Less than 5 minutes walk to Parsons Green and less than 10 minutes walk to Fulham Broadway (both district line). Overground stations (West Brompton/Imperial Wharf) also around 20 minutes away. There is a bus stop right outside which can take you to Chelsea and Westminster Hospital, South Kensington, Knightsbridge, Marble Arch, Piccadilly Circus and Russell Square, and nearby stops with many frequent buses to Hammersmith and Waterloo.

Great location- many green spaces close by for great walks (Parsons Green/Eel Brook Common) as well as lots of shops, cafes, restaurants and pubs. Also close to Stamford Bridge, Craven Cottage, and the house at which TV presenter Jill Dando was mysteriously shot to death in broad daylight!

Housemates currently comprise of older students/young professionals, early to mid-late 20s- no preference on gender. We get on well with each other but are all very respectful of each other's space. I moved here in September for my last year of uni and have really enjoyed it!
