Subletting my room for three months starting from 1st June till 1st September minimum but flexible end.

The room has a tv, Alexa, star projector, keyboard and little reading corner (including books) that you’ll be able to use while staying there.

Is a social household and we like to spend time together from time to time, however, we do love our own time as well and we are very respectful and understanding to each other.

Since it is a subletting my landlord requires the full amount for the three months in advance (£1300 x 3) and no more costs will be required in the following months, price can be slightly negotiated and a contract will be signed for both your own and my protection.
