We have two lovely double bedrooms becoming available from the end of June/beginning of July in our amazing three-bedroom flat in Fulham. The exact move-in date can be discussed to suit your schedule.

Our flat is spacious and inviting, with a cozy living room featuring a big couch and TV – perfect for relaxing after a long day. The kitchen is large and very well-equipped, ideal for those who enjoy cooking. We have two separate toilets and a shower room, making it convenient for everyone. Cleanliness is important to us, and we have a cleaner who comes every two weeks to help keep everything in top shape.

The flat is located just across the street from a charming church in a very peaceful neighborhood. Despite the quiet surroundings, it’s just a few minutes' walk to Fulham Broadway and Parsons Green. You’ll find plenty of restaurants, pubs, bakeries, and supermarkets nearby, providing everything you need within easy reach.

Currently, there are three of us living in the flat – two Portuguese and one Brazilian. Unfortunately, two of us are leaving London, which is why we need to find new flatmates. We’re a friendly bunch and are looking for people who will fit well into our home. The rooms do not need to be rented together

The rooms becoming available are the biggest room, which rents for £960, and the smallest room, which rents for £830, plus bills that are typically around £100-150 per month.
