Short-term let of a spacious ensuite double room in the heart of Chelsea and Fulham! Looking for a student to take over my room for the summer, from July to September. Move in date can be flexible.

Room details: Gold Ensuite Room at New Orient House accommodation. Fully furnished, with desk and two chairs, queen sized bed, large closet and plenty of storage space and shelving units. Lovely ensuite bathroom included.

Flat details: The flat is shared with 3 other students, who are clean and quiet. Living room and kitchen area are very large, with more than enough cupboard space and fridge space for everyone. Sofas and dining table included. All kitchen appliances are included, like microwave, kettle, toaster and oven.

Other features: 24hr security, central heating, wifi, coffee station and study spaces in reception area, laundry room with dryer, social room with games and movie nights. All bills included in price.

Location: Excellent location with Imperial Wharf Stations (1min walk), Tesco Express (1 min walk), Sainsbury's (10 min walk), Westfields shopping centre (10 min train), high street with more shops and restaurants (10 min walk). Ideal for students attending ICL, KCL or RCA. Short commute into central London by bus or train.

This is a fantastic space for students and I've enjoyed living here! All communal spaces are very well maintained and cleaned by staff each week. Reception staff are also very helpful if you need anything. Please reach out if interested.
