I’m looking for someone to replace me in a lovely flat, sharing with a 27 year old girl — who is a really fun, lively (South African) and who works full-time as an accountant in the City.

She is warm, social, and hoping to find not just a housemate but a friend too. Really lovely to live with ! She enjoys pub drinks, the occasional run, cosy TV nights, and cooking or eating dinner together, so this would suit someone who’s friendly and up for sharing a home rather than just a room.
Boring things first :

The flat will be an intial sublet from Friday 20th of Feb - until you are on the tenancy and passed refrencing 🙂
There’s no deposit required for the flat.

WiFi is already set up and only starts being paid from March.
Rent: £1,400 per month + usual bills split by two.

We pay £2800 for the entire flat for the month and just split it 50/50.
Instead of a deposit, there’s a small additional agent fee of £43 per month.

The bedroom has loads of built in cupboard space and the bonus of a walk in storage room in the flat where we store our suitcases , Christmas deco etc 🫶🏻

The flat is part-furnished, and the outgoing tenant (me) is happy to sell all furniture if wanted everything is in great, fairly new condition.

There’s a spacious garden, perfect for summer BBQs, and it’s just been freshly tidied up by a gardener.

The flat also has a brand new washing machine and dryer, plus a dishwasher.

You’ll each have your own bathroom with a shower, while the toilet is shared.
