Looking for a new housemate for our four bedroom house as sadly one is moving in with his girlfriend. The room will be available from 8th March and move-in date can be flexible.

The house is quite laid back, we get on well when we're at home and all have our own lives outside of the house.

There's a big living room, two bathrooms shared between three people, big kitchen and a garden which is great in the summer months.

The three housemates:

Hannah, English, just back from travelling around on a career break
James, English, works in the cycle travel industry
Emma, Scottish, software engineer with some side hustles

Ideally looking for someone in their late 20s, early 30s, and we've always had a mix of genders.

Easy distance to these stations:

Parsons Green: 15 min walk
Fulham Broadway: 15-20 min walk
Imperial Wharf: 10-15 min walk
Wandsworth Town: 15 min walk
Clapham Junction: 20-30 min walk

Santander Cycles, Lime, Forest etc: 1 min walk

Big Sainsbury's: 1 min walk

Rent is 700 a month, bills are usually around 150 (100-200) depending on the month, including water, council tax, gas, electricity, wifi.

Occasionally there is a dog around so liking dogs is a must!
