We have a luxurious ensuite double room available in a refurbished six bedroom house in the Sands End area of Fulham. The room is on the first floor overlooking the garden at the house. The room also benefits from a skylight.

The nearest tube stations to the house are Fulham Broadway, Parsons Green, and Imperial Wharf - all within a 15 minute walk or so. The area is quiet and residential, with several nice restaurants nearby, and a large Sainsbury's a few minutes walk away. The lovely William Parnell Park is nearby.

Within the house, there is a large living room and kitchen area with a full set of cooking facilities, tall fridge and freezer, dishwasher and washer dryer. The living area has a large 65" TV and Chesterfield sofas. There is a patio garden for some lovely outside space. The house has a huge amount of natural light with numerous skylights.

Superfast 1GB Community Fibre broadband internet is also included. We also have a regular weekly cleaner for the house, and the cost of this is also included in the bills.

The current housemates (two male, three female) are from a lovely mix of international and UK backgrounds, and work in industries such as consulting and technology. This house is made for young professionals, and the current housemates are aged between 23 and 35.

Furniture-wise, the room currently has a double bed, bedside table, and wardrobe. There is also space for a desk in the room, and we'd be more than happy to provide one. The room is available immediately. The rent for the room is £1,625 pcm with all bills included.

No couples please, and pets are unwelcome as it is a houseshare.
