My wife and I are middle-aged and retired. One other resident lives here, and we plan to have only two lodgers in total.
My house is in the countryside on a quiet, private road with no through traffic.
Our house is, although I say it myself, luxurious, with a high standard of facilities, in an unusually pleasant position on a village green with only 13 other houses around the Green.

The single, furnished room has exclusive use of a bathroom, with a bath, toilet, hand basin, and shower. Also included are a shared lounge, luxury kitchen, and laundry room. The rented single room includes: a furnished bedroom with a new single bed, fitted carpet, fitted wardrobe, chest of drawers, a workstation, TV, WiFi, and c/h. The 6-acre garden is also available. There is also ample off-road parking.

All these facilities are included, with no other bills except your rent of £580/month.

We are a friendly, organised, and house-proud couple who will provide a pleasant, welcoming home and hotel-type service, including room cleaning/week. Photos available on request.
