We are looking for a Female lodger for our Master bedroom with its own living area and ensuite bathroom in a large family house. The room is on the 3rd floor and is accessed by the main staircase with full access to the downstairs kitchen and utility room. Historically this floor of the farmhouse was the Nannys quarters and has undergone a full renovation within the last 4 years. The room has two large fitted wardrobes, two large chest of drawers, sofa and chair and sky TV with full broadband.

The views from this floor are amazing, and the house is located in a stunning rural location and very close to a number of local towns such as Berwick and Kelso. It is also easily commutable to Edinburgh or Newcastle with the nearest train stations being Berwick Upon Tweed (15 mins) or Reston (12 mins)

Should you wish, the room can be cleaned weekly in conjunction with the rest of the house. The bedroom comes with its own parking space at the rear of the property and is very secure with round the clock security cameras. Please note we have a Golden Retriever and two cats so while they will not be a problem, keen to flag this should anyone have allergies. You will be sharing with a very relaxed family of 3, however our daughter will also be home during her University holidays. All bills are also included.
