Hi! I'm Sofia (25). There are two of us living here (plus a cat), and we're looking for a friendly, easy-going housemate to join us.

The room has a double ottoman bed, bedside table and a wardrobe. You will also have your own parking spot.

The house is in a lovely quiet area, with a garden that's perfect for a morning coffee or a drink on a sunny evening. There's a really nice local café nearby (ideal for a post-run brunch), and 1 min walk to bus stop which gets you into either Newcastle or Gateshead centre in about 10 mins. Aldi is a 5 min drive or a ten minute walk away.

A bit about us: Bailey works at Durham University and I work in and study architecture part-time. We're both into running, love good food and enjoy the occasional drink, but day to day it's a calm, relaxed home.

We'd love someone tidy, considerate, relaxed and easy to talk to – up for a chat in the kitchen, but equally happy doing their own thing. You'll need to be fine living with a cat!
