I am a Chinese student at Newcastle University and am renting out a room for £400/month from the original price of £520/month due to an early back to China.
A large house in Gateshead, across the river from Newcastle. The house is less than 5 minutes walk from Gateshead Stadium Metro station and 2 stops from the city centre, making it very convenient for school or work. The neighbourhood is located in an affluent area and is very well policed. The flat has a standard double bed, desk and chair, large wardrobe and is located on the first floor with beautiful garden views. The door has a lock and key so you don't have to worry about privacy. The bathroom has a bathtub for bathing.
The kitchen is bright and spacious with 4 induction hobs, a microwave and two large fridges. The kitchen is fully equipped. The kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, plates, cutlery and crockery, which can be used free of charge, as well as a washing machine and tumble dryer, both of which have a large capacity and can be used free of charge, and a beautifully landscaped back garden.

Asda is a 5 minute walk from the house and there is also a large Tesco, lceland, vue cinema, gym, GP surgery, post office and more one stop from Gateshead station.

Boys and girls welcome! Students and non-students welcome. A sublease has been signed with the landlord. If you want to stay for a long time, you can renew the contract with the landlord.

The start of the tenancy is flexible but must be earlier than 10 June. I am renting until the 13th of September, so a minimum of 3 months. That means the discounted rate is only for 3 months, and if you want to renew it, the price is £520/week.
